Dr. Lou Bertha Walker Edwards is a woman who loves God and is very thankful to God for all her life's phases. She has a loving family who was made up of grandparents Dave, Daniel, Nelly, and Georgia and amazing parents Eliza and Dave. Bertha was blessed with fabulous aunts and uncles starting Dean and his wife, Deeter, Arthur, Georgia and her husband Charles, and Debar and her husband, Pete. These people taught her the power of God, Faith, Love, and learning. She was raised in a community where she was loved and accepted, and the Church (Bethel AFM Church of God ) was the center of her daily activities growing up. This church also was the beginning of her walk with God. She had loving siblings, Dave, Daphne/Anthony, Arthur, Katrina /John, and Laselle/ Cece. This book reflects what she has learned over the last 20 years about waiting in faith.
