Rodney H. Hinson has been placing his thoughts and ideas on paper for years beginning with his first book that he created in Elementary school. In the years that followed, he has written several other books which never made it to publication but were merely for journalistic purposes. In 2004 he started writing poetry on a local poet's web site and received good reviews from those who viewed his works. Whispers In Waning is Rodney's very first attempt as a published author.
