Autorenporträt
Gus Faeder was a PT Boat captain in WWII and later worked for the NSA and CIA. His fascination with Civil War history began after reading Douglas Southall Freeman's Lee's Lieutenants and has grown ever since. He has published articles in major Civil War magazines and was voted "Author of the Year" by readers of Civil War Times 1987. He was a member of Civil War Round Tables in Lake Worth, Florida and Richmond, Virginia. He served as president and treasurer for the Richmond organization and was honored with a life membership.
