is working at School of Science, Harbin Engineering University, China, as a professor and director of Photonics Research Center. He is interested in fiber optic sensors. He has authored and co-authored over 300 technical articles, holds 25 patents related with fiber optic technology and published 5 books and 3 book chapters.
