Divine Ineza aka LaDi Ineza is an intercultural voice and blogger, passionate about parenting, education, music, art, dance, and entrepreneurship. Born in Rwanda, she became a refugee for the first time at the age of 9 in 1991, and for the second time at the age of 11, in the aftermath of the genocide tragedy that affected her motherland in 1994. She arrived as a young refugee in Belgium where she grew up in a multicultural environment. She holds a master's degree in translation and speaks fluently French, English, Spanish, German, and Kinyarwanda. Her varied working experiences in international fields as an event planner, a translator, a foreign language correspondent, a customer service representative, a tax agent in Belgium; a secretary of the head of division in Luxembourg and finally as a junior project manager in direct marketing in Germany, contributed to strengthen her openness to intercultural communication. By visiting some African and European countries, she could witness her wide interest and receptiveness to cultural differences and similarities that have always proved to be a source of wealth, both at a professional and a private level. After embracing motherhood in 2014, she created a blog under the name "LaDi Intercultural Platform"; where she shares her experiences on parenting, education, relationships, social and professional life. This platform finally inspired her to create a non-profit organization "ADJE Intercultural Platform e.V.", located in Hamburg, and whose main goal consists in building a POSITIVE communication bridge. ADJE intends to foster an intercultural exchange of knowledge and guidance between the German culture and other various cultures encountered in Germany in order to empower the young generation in their identity-shaping and professional path.
