Cynthia Butler grew up with a love for music and art, receiving many opportunities throughout her life to contribute to creative projects. When in High school, she formed the group Canopy with her twin sister Alicia. They wrote and recorded Christian songs and sang in churches and other venues. In College, the twins were married and continued to minister through music together with their new husbands. Today, Cynthia homeschools her daughter Melody, teaches music and art classes, and continues to produce new artwork and music.
