Jane L. Crane has been a local and international leader in respected Christian movements, taught from this book topic on five continents, and been published on it since 2005. She holds a Master's degree, was trained in doctoral-level research through the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies, and is gifted at making complex information concise and interesting. James D. SMith III (foreword) holds a ThD in church history from Harvard University, an MDiv from Bethel Seminary, has taught at the seminary level since 1988, and continues in pastoral ministry in San Diego, California.
