Mary Tomlinson is President of On-Purpose Partners speaking and consulting in personal and executive coaching, customer service, leadership and culture development and facilitating retreats and workshops. On-Purpose Partners incorporates the transformational concepts from her business partner-Kevin W. McCarthy's books, The On-Purpose Person, The On-Purpose Business Person and On-Purpose Peace-integrating the keys to being on-purpose personally and professionally. Prior to starting her own business in 2001, Mary spent 18 years at the Walt Disney Company in executive roles as: -Travel Industry Director for Disney world- wide with staff in Orlando, Anaheim, Tokyo, and Paris. -Marketing Brand Director developing positioning strategies for Walt Disney World parks and resorts. -Business Director of Walt Disney World's internal advertising agency managing 5,000 projects annually -Director of the former Disney Institute, a 585-room resort hotel and learning center with 800 employees, 100 training programs, and a $65 million budget. Her first book was Facilitation Made Easy: A Survivor's Guide to Great Meetings and she has co-authored many published articles on teams and leadership. She is a keynote speaker for the national "Igniting Generous Joy" conferences.
