Autorenporträt

Karen has children in different time zones across the USA, and they have given her nine grandchildren, twins, four singletons, and identical triplets. Karen has lived in the Midwest most of her life, including Wisconsin, Kansas, and Nebraska, but she has diversified by living in Germany, Massachusetts, and Colorado. Now, she is retired and enjoying the heat of Florida, where she gets to babysit a few of the grandkids.She has one Cinderella parody, TROLLERELLA, published by Holiday House, and a story in Boys' Quest Magazine. She is most proud of her play, A G.I. Christmas when it was nominated for a TAG award. She also runs a critique group and is a member of SCBWI.
