I was inspired to write this Volume after a young lady, asked me: "Why was I born? And what is my Purpose for being here anyway?" I informed the young lady that I would write her a brief three page scenario outlining answers to her questions. Well as you can see that this turned into a major project. As you read this Volume, you will soon discover that this is neither a "Commentary" nor an "Esoteric Exegesis" regarding the theory or a perception. Nor do we purport this is psychoanalysis of mankind but this Volume XVI presents the theorem [The proposition that is not self-evident initially, is the one that can be proved from accepted certain premises that establish the law and principal] that we have a GOD who is in control of everything.
