Church migration involving youths generates concerns. This is because, youths remain the active workforce of the church in terms of evangelism, church domestic works, music, among others. Besides their activeness, they are conduits for sustainability. They are ready replacement for the aged in not just the church but the general society. Thus, any platform lacking them falls short of sustainability. Assemblies of God Church, Nigeria [AGN] - mother of Pentecostal churches in the country faces competitive interests for its youths from other churches. This has been recurring and quite worrying for AGN. Yes, AGN wishes other churches to grow, but should not be at the expense of its own growth. This study has gone extra mile, investigating motivations fueling church-hopping of youths. It looks at AGN generally, its principles and doctrines, mode of worship, areas of interests and disinterests to youths. At the end, it came up with findings that emphasize areas that should be of concern, so as not to keep losing its youths. This book is therefore recommended to all church administrators even outside the AGN, and persons of the Christian community.
