This question has been asked by many throughout mankind's whole sojourn on earth. This book is a study of the interactions of the Lord God toward man as presented in the Bible. God's relationship with Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, the children of Israel, the judges, and several of the kings of Israel are all examined. God then sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to earth to make good His promises and fulfill His desires for mankind, which Adam failed to do. The study examines Jesus' life, death, and resurrection, as well as the lives of His faithful servants such as Paul, Stephen, and Peter.
