Where do I start... I have never written any of my thoughts down about the sexual abuse I endured during my childhood. I am sure that compared to some, it is not "as bad". For me, it was horrible, it was the worst experience of my life. It is still with me to this day. I'm not sure who will read my story. If anyone that knows me reads this, I would say to them, "This is my life story; this is who I am and why I am the way I am."

After suffering childhood sexual abuse for many years, it's fair to say it's been a dark cloud in my life. Like the weather, it can be better some days than others, but I and many like me are survivors. You can recognize survivors of abuse by their courage.
