Lan is the founder of Basis Set, one of the only early-stage venture firms focused on and enabled by AI/Machine Learning and Automation. She's one of the earliest investors in Scale AI, Path, Workstream, Ergeon, and Quince. Lan built the Corporate Development Strategy team at Dropbox, worked at McKinsey in New York and Shanghai, and has built children's brain training games.
