Autorenporträt
Rob Reinalda is a veteran editor and writer who worked for many years at top U.S. newspapers, including the New York Daily News and the Chicago Tribune, before entering the online publishing world. Winner of ACES' 2019 Robinson Prize for excellence in editing, Rob has written dozens of articles on language, including essays for The Huffington Post. He has delivered numerous webinars, as well as live presentations and workshops, covering writing and editing. Rob also has penned scripts for the award-winning Grammar Girl podcasts. He is the founder and principal of Word Czar Media (WordCzarMedia.com). Follow him on Twitter @word_czar. Teresa Reinalda has had a varied and successful career as an art director, print and digital designer, and traditional and digital illustrator. A multiple-medium artist, she began working with models remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to exploration with, and a new-found love for, digital painting, as is represented in this book. Before collaborating on "Why Editors Drink," she worked in fashion, marketing, advertising and publishing, including her time as an award-winning magazine art director in New York City. Teresa has also illustrated two children's books. A native New Yorker, she relocated (with her husband, Rob, and their five dogs) to metro Chicago in 2005.
