In this collection, worlds-in-words are maps for journeys often with uncertain destinations-all within the constraints of verse, sound and human perplexity. Personal reflections on nature, interpersonal relations, foreign lands, interior landscapes, and mortality, these poems are underpinned by a philosophy both humanistic and spiritual. The title poem pays tribute to all that is unreachable despite (or because of) our best efforts.
