His journey, beginning with a personal struggle against severe Panic attacks, agoraphobia, and Anxiety in 2001, has shaped him into a compassionate mentor and educator. His experiences, both professional and personal, offer him a unique perspective on the complexities of mental well-being, including stress, Panic disorder, and social Anxiety. As a paramedic in Australia, he has witnessed the suffering of his patients, gaining a deeper understanding of mental health challenges, encompassing conditions like obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and Panic attacks. This experience, coupled with his own journey, makes him an empathetic guide in the area of mental health, advocating a drug-free approach with a strong emphasis on cognitive behaviour therapy techniques.His debut book, "How a Base Jumper Saved Me," reflects this blend of personal narrative and professional insight.
