It s not unusual to find well crafted strategic plans gathering dust on office shelves unimplemented. This study undertook to establish the main factors that affect strategic plan implementation and give recommendations that would enhance the same.

Susan Wamitu is a holder of a BA Hons from the University of Nairobi (UoN), a P.G.D.E from Kenyatta University (KU) and an MBA from the Kenya Methodist University (KEMU) and is currently pursuing PhD studies.
