Trent Gordon can be used as a prime example of what coconut oil can do. His skin is not only radiant and healthy; he also has a great head of hair and is in great health. Of course, he has no problems admitting that his mother was right from the start when she was trying to get him to use the coconut oil (and other amazing health products) and he refused to listen to her. It was not until he started to use it himself that he started to see the benefits that the oil had.
