Renée is a passionate advocate for personal growth and empowerment. With a diverse background in project management and health and safety, she brings a unique perspective to her work. Having completed the Bullying in the Workplace course with the esteemed Workplace Bullying Institute in 2019, Renée has dedicated the past two decades to researching consciousness, healing, and self-help. However, she has triumphed over adversity, including overcoming PTSD from a workplace assault. Through her own journey, Renée has not only learned to break free from attracting narcissists but has also cultivated healthy and fulfilling personal relationships. Renée's expertise extends beyond her personal experiences. She has facilitated courses on boundaries and consent, empowering others to establish healthy relationships and assert their needs. In addition, Renée is a passionate public speaker, having presented at various events and conferences, including the Canadian consulate. After completing her book, she is proud to hold certifications as a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Coach from the esteemed American Board of NLP. Additionally, she is a certified Time Line Therapy© Practitioner accredited by the Time Line Therapy© Association. These credentials are not just certifications; they represent a commitment to excellence in empowering individuals on their journey to becoming their best selves. These qualifications seamlessly align with her dedication to ongoing learning, ensuring that future trainings will offer transformative experiences for those ready to take the next step towards personal growth and self-discovery.
