Ziaullah Rahmani is a PhD in Shariah from the International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI). He knows English, Arabic, Urdu and Pashto. His simultaneous knowledge of Arabic & English enables him to approach both original sources of Islamic and English Laws with ease. He has been teaching at IIUI for over 12 years.
