Emily Han is a Los Angeles-based forager, wildcrafter, drink maker, and history lover on a mission to bridge modern-day herbalism and beverages. She is an expert in food preservation and apprenticed with the acclaimed cocktail chef Matthew Biancaniello. She blogs at EmilyHan.com and is the founder of LA Food Swap and co-founder of Food Swap Network.
