Autorenporträt
Pierre Chatillon was born in Nicolet, Québec and published over forty award-winning poetry books, novels, and essays during his writing career. In 1987 he received the City of Trois-Rivières Lifetime Achievement Award for his work. In 2000 he was the recipient of the Lionel-Groulx Award from the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Society for the Central Québec Region. In 2005 he was presented with the Adagio Award at the Trois-Rivières Book Expo and the Excellence in Literature Award from the Cultural Development Centre for the Central Region of Québec.
