There are studies which indicate that Wilms' Tumor is a renal neoplasm infrequently in the pediatric age, according to our study the patient carrier of this pathology is a three year old male, at the time of collecting information from the clinical history, he does not register pathological or family history, it was determined in this case that the neoplasm is of congenital origin, since it meets the diagnostic criteria, it was classified as stage III.
