Norova Raykhona was born on June 16, 2010 in Uchkuduk District of Navoi region. Curruently, She is studying in a school in Tashkent. Her books were published under the name "Onajonim mehribonim" and "Porloq yulduz". She is the winner of various Republican competitions. Her articles were published in several local and national newspapers such as "Gulkhan", "Morning star", "Ma'rifat va ilm" and " Smile".
