The purpose of this research was to verify that witchcraft exists in private enterprises in Gabon. It was based on an analysis of data collected from an interview guide with male and female workers in the sector concerned. Even if this is, to our knowledge, an innovation in work psychology, especially in the Gabonese context, this work continues the work initiated by its predecessors in anthropology and religious sociology who have attested that witchcraft represents the inescapable hobby that the populations of Africa practice on a daily basis (Evans-Pritchard, 1937; Dozon, 2017; Tonda, 2000). After the analysis of data collected from 20 employees of private firms in Gabon, our study arrived at the result that witchcraft is more present than thought in this sector.
