You want to know something about me? Very well, I will oblige, although I must insist that the life-stories told in this book are more important than my own. Its them you should remember; I am simply the medium of their words. That's how writing has always worked for me: The characters, be they fictional or real, sit down beside me, or walk with me describing their stories, so that I can put their tales to paper. After finishing school, I went on a trip to see the world. Those experiences taught me a lot and especially the time in Africa inspired me to write. Writing has been the only constant passion throughout my life. Many an unpublished manuscript lies dormant on my hard drive, waiting for me to have the courage to publish. When I am not secluding myself behind a desk to write, I do so to study for my degree in pharmaceutical science.
