Autorenporträt
Mitch Linhardt has a background in design and illustration. Making use of these skills, he has created picture books that are joyful to both read aloud and visually look at. Drawing and imagining characters from an early age lead to an education consisting of visual art, marketing and a touch of improv comedy. He has worked professionally in the creative services industry for several years. Mitch lives in St. Louis, Missouri and is a big-time Cardinals baseball fan. "Inspired by my daughter to make picture books, I desire to craft a fun and easy way for the two of us to interact through the magic of the read-aloud experience. I want to create books that act as tools in which adults can use with children to open up connections, strength bonds and to help build visual thinking skills all while helping introduce kids to the concept of reading."
