My book is concerned about Wnt5a molecule study as a carcinogenic molecule. I will explain its different pathways in cancer initiaion. Also the book will focus on the necessary modifications that enable it to be ineffective molecule and can carry 4 cisplatin molecules selectively to tumor cells. There will be a theoritical comparison between Wnt5a usage as a therapuetic molecule and other Wnt inhibitors. Also cisplatin molecular actions, side effects, combination and resistance mechanisms are discussed in details. Besides that, cisplatin glycoside advantages over cisplatin ( non- glycosylated) are explained . We will talk about the molecular advantages of adding modified wnt5a to cisplastin, how modified wnt5a will increase cisplatin potency, reduce its side effects and antagonize different cisplatin resistance mechanisms of cancer cells. The final part of the book entails the methodology of modified wnt5a-cisplatin biochemical synthesis. Also it will include how can we compare the efficacy of the invented molecule to cisplatin and glycosylated cisplatin.
