Ching-He Huang MBE was born in Taipei, Taiwan. She is the author of 11 cookbooks including Stir Crazy, Wok On, Eat Clean: Wok Yourself to Health, Exploring China, Ching's Fast Food, Everyday Easy Chinese, Everyday Easy Asian, Ching's Chinese Food in Minutes, Chinese Food Made Easy and China Modern.
