Teaching remains to be one of the most preferred occupations amongst the educated women workforce despite a significant growth in corporate sector employment opportunities in modern times. This book provides a comprehensive analysis on the issues in participation of women teachers at under graduate and post graduate levels of teaching. They have been very aptly applied to labour market theories of discrimination and exploitation and analysed on the basis of multiple regression model. Besides, some of those confidential issues which have had an adverse impact on their work have been highlighted by way of interesting and heart touching case studies.
