Currently a lecturer at the Institute of Social Work, Tanzania & a Director of Micro-Finance Revolving Consult LTD. Completed B.A. (Educ.) Hons., and Masters Degree (Information Studies) at the University of Dar es Salaam. Finalising his PhD this year 2013, specialising in Management Information Systems, Knowledge based Economy and Microfinance.
