Women in developing nations have little access to funds, due to the fact that they are concentrated in poor rural communities with few opportunities to borrow money. Most financial institutions worldwide therefore, discourage lending to women entrepreneurs on the belief that they can at any time leave their business and become housewives again. The general objective of the study is to assess the impact of loan disbursement process on women entrepreneurs in Oromia credit and saving share company, Adama branch. The specific objective of the study were as follows: to identify the impact of loan disbursement process in Oromia credit and saving share company, Adama branch, to assess the current status of Women entrepreneur and to analyze the relationship between impact of loan disbursement process and status of Women entrepreneur in Oromia credit and saving share company, Adama branch.These findings can help women in the community. This can be suggestive as some women may be ignorant of the existence of this type of funding and the benefits that can be derived from it. The findings will also help beneficiaries to gauge their performance with other businesses.
