Girmaw Abebe Akalu is lecturer at Addis Ababa University (AAU) in Ethiopia. He received his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Educational Administration at AAU, and holds another M.A. degree in Educational Planning and Management at UNESCO/IIEP in France, Paris.
