VIKI HOLTON is Research Fellow at Ashridge Business School, UK. Her interests include surveying current trends in management and management development, best practice in career development, HR, equal opportunities and the development of women managers. Viki's current projects include research into women's leadership in the Middle East and a survey of management opinion - The Ashridge Management Index. FIONA ELSA DENT is Director of Executive Education at Ashridge Business School. As a member of the Ashridge Management Committee, she is responsible for one of the two education faculty groups which manage programmes, client relationships and deliver management development solutions across Ashridge. Fiona teaches, consults and researches in a broad spectrum of leadership, personal, interpersonal and relationship skills and works with a range of international clients. She is the author of several books including The Leadership Pocketbook and The Leader's Guide To Influence: How to Use Soft Skills to Get Hard Results.
