Finally, a criticism of the measurement tools and research that has been used to provide other attributes to why so few women are not reaching top level leadership.

After growing up in the Chicago suburbs, I decided to study International Business at Illinois State University. During my third year, I continued my studies at Universität Paderborn. For my thesis, my interest focused on women in management. I explored the hardships of women in management and compared the differences between the U.S. and Germany.
