"Women in Urban Informal Sector and their Activity Pattern" is base on research undertaken on the status of the urban informal sector women in Bangladesh. The Governments of many countries are concern about developing policies which would remove the gross discriminations against the informal sector worker and guarantee them a better income. These working women are neither organized nor protected by legislation.
