Leadership success requires the availability of several factors, capabilities and behaviors of leader that enhance her/his chances of success, and these factors are: culture, society, education, skills, experience and knowledge. Women in particular are mostly indeed for more prominent abilities than men to be able to succeed in leadership, as the environment and traditional culture in most societies restrict their opportunities to get leadership positions and impede their success in leadership. This book aims to highlight the factors promoting success in organizations in general and the success of women in particular with highlighting the status of Saudi women in these factors.
