Women are becoming major drivers of economic growth around the world. They have become engines for economic growth around the world. Achieving gender diversity in different organizational structure positions is increasingly seen as necessary for competitive business performance in that such diversity contributes to the bottom line. However, globally women remain under-represented in business administration and management positions. Contrarily, achieving gender diversity in business organizations is crucial to enhancing commercial results.
