Arshad Bhat and Aasif Nengroo have completed their M.Phill under Prof.B.A.Khan in the Department of Economics, University of Kashmir, and are currently pursuing their PhD. They have contributed various research papers in different reputed journals and are ceaselessly writing on themes of women labour and child labour with extensive field work.
