Prof. J. Benet Rajadurai arbeitet derzeit als Assistenzprofessor für Soziologie am St. Francis de Sales College, Bangalore, Karnataka, Indien. Er hat das UG mit einer Goldmedaille und das PG mit dem zweiten Rang der Universität abgeschlossen und sich auch für das TNSET qualifiziert. Er hat 8 Bücher veröffentlicht. Seine Interessengebiete sind ländliche Soziologie, Frauenstudien und soziale Probleme.
