Given the scope of women's entrepreneurship both nationally and internationally, this phenomenon contributes to economic growth and poverty alleviation. Indeed, it constitutes a major force in the creation of employment for women and other individuals. Therefore, it is considered a significant contributor to the economic development of a country. On the other hand, despite its birth in the 80's, this field declares a lack of research and explorations at the level of Morocco and particularly in the Fez-Meknes region. It is in this regard that our work has taken the path to understand how Moroccan women entrepreneurs in the Fez-Meknes region manage to create and develop their business. The objective is to identify the main factors contributing to the creation and development of women's businesses and how they promote this entrepreneurial activity.
