Jean-Claude Nzuzi Mbonga es licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Kinshasa y tiene un máster en Medio Ambiente. Es novelista e investigador en el Observatorio de los Derechos de la Mujer y la Infancia. De 2007 a 2018, fue asesor parlamentario. Actualmente, es asesor de la Oficina de Estudios del Parlamento de Kongo.
