The subject of this paper is the rights of women in Afghanistan since 1995 and the mechanisms of infringement: the state, religion and the Taliban. In the 21st century, it is unthinkable and regrettable to see so many atrocities committed against women, simply because they are women, and we wonder how long this situation will be allowed to continue in international society. In this way, we yearn for equal rights, a fair society and respected women, as well as a discussion of this issue in the international community.
