He also owned a gym, Heavy Weights Training Center, for nine years. During this time, he found his passion for coaching women with a focus on strength training and body transformations. Rob is a coach and competitor as part of Team Canada PowerLifting (CPU), and has coached in Japan, Dubai, South Africa, Costa Rica, and more. Rob is also a five-time IPF World's medalist and has represented Team Canada numerous times on the international platform.
