For Europe, results of the UEFA Champions League are included, and I have attempted to include league champions and cup winners for each European nation. Similarly, for South America, results of the Copa Libertadores are included, and I have attempted to include league champions for each South American nation. The cut-off point is the final of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, which were delayed until August 2021.
