Rebecca E. Hirsch is the award-winning author of over 80 books for young readers. A plant biologist by training, Hirsch enjoys sharing her love of science and inviting children to discover the natural world. She lives in a college town in the mountains of Pennsylvania, where she writes, grows gardens, bakes bread, tends a small flock of chickens, and goes for long walks in the woods with her dog. Sally Soweol Han’s passion lies in portraying poetic and lyrical narratives, allowing her to construct a visual language and push the boundaries of her imagination.
