James Stafford is founder of cult rugby website The East Terrace and has written on sport for a wide range of national and regional newspapers, websites and magazines. In 2017, his collection of short webcomics, The Sorrowful Putto of Prague, was published to critical acclaim in the Czech Republic and praised by Hollywood legend Samuel L Jackson. He is also the author of children's bestseller How Wales Beat the Mighty All Blacks, An Illustrated History of Welsh Rugby, An Illustrated History of English Rugby and An Illustrated History of Rugby Rebels, Role Models and Giant Killers. Born in Cardiff and raised in Barry, Wales, James now lives in Prague.
