Dr. Francesca Fotheringham is a developmental psychologist who completed her PhD in children's emotional development at the University of St. Andrews. Since then, Francesca has been the project lead for research in student wellbeing and neurodiversity, which included leading the Neurodiversity Alliance Peer Support project at the University of Edinburgh. This project co-designed a peer support programme for neurodivergent young people to support each other in high school. Outside of work, Francesca's favourite hobbies include being outdoors hiking or swimming in nature, but when she's indoors she enjoys creating art and doing crafts.
