After receiving catastrophic news that his dietary requirements would forevermore be nil-by-mouth, Robert resolutely but incrementally for almost a year got himself back to swallowing with the help of speech pathology and his steadfast wife Teresa. This cookbook is a testament to this pertinacity and serves as an encouraging example of what others can achieve, whilst accommodating for the whole household and friends alike. Robert resides in Sydney, Australia and helps to educate speech pathology students at a Sydney University.
